Lost ID at Varsity

Hi,

They took my ID at varsity this thursday, do you guys know how to get it back?? I cant find a number to call them.

Do they give ID's back?

Should have either grabbed it and ran or bribed the guy. If it's a fake or it's not your real ID, you probably have no shot of getting it back unfortunately.

haha yeah, gotta bribe em if that happens. usually bouncers will take extra money for themselves and give it back.

actually, it is illegal for a bouncer to keep an ID. I know the fucking liquor commission laws inside and out since i spent the past few months in court getting the liquor license for Loft, and they have no right taking your ID.

That is literally theft. You can actually sue them. They usually threaten to call the cops and report you for trying to use a fake ID, but in reality when the cops show up, the bouncer gets in trouble for stealing your property.

It is illegal for you to USE a fake ID (not to OWN one), but it is also illegal for a bouncer to steal what is your property, so technically you will win the case every time.
