80s POP MUZIK will present a special bikini fashion show by
LA DIOSA SWIMWEAR on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Bar 35. La Diosa, in Spanish means "Goddess," is the highest form of compliment given to a woman. LA DIOSA is also a swimwear line created by owner Mariel Garrido Melchor and her husband, John Melchor. Mariel's swimwear collection is designed with the collaboration of Argentinean designer, Marina Bornand. Together they've combined the sexy and sophisticated style of Argentina, with the fun and comfortable style of the U.S. Mariel flies to Argentina to oversee the production of the swimwear, from stringent testing prior to being introduced to the market, to the design and individual craftsmanship, handcrafted piece by piece with the finest Argentinean materials.
Just launching the La Diosa Swimwear collection to Honolulu in March of this year, they look forward to unveiling the fall collection in the next three months. La Diosa Swimwear is available in shops and boutiques in Honolulu: Allure, Becca Beach, Bikinis and Things, Therapy and My Evolution.
