BAMP Project, Hawaii's premiere concert production company presents southern indie rock group Band of Horses (BoH) live at Pipeline Cafe for one night only. Influenced by Neil Young and The Flaming Lips, BoH's blend of mid-tempo rock and frontman Ben Bridwell's echoey vocals quickly made this group major indie rock gods.
BoH's 'The Funeral' off of their first album in 2006, Everything All The Time, picked up much recognition appearing on some of televisions most popular shows like CSI, One Tree Hill, Criminal Minds, and Numb3rs. Already on a fast track to stardom, the group didn't waste any time in the studio quickly turning over album number two in 2007 called Cease to Begin landing them #35 on the Billboard Top 200 Charts.
Appearing on Late Show With David Letterman, sub-headlining a European tour, and performing with Bruce Springstein are just a few things this group has accomplished. There is definitely more to come from these guys as they are reportedly recording their third album now.
